UAE Deliveries

• Next Day Delivery (1-2 days): Free

• Same Day Delivery: Available for AED 25

• Within 4 hours: 40 AED

• Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day dispatch within major cities.

 

For cutoff timings, find the below details:

Domestic (Next day): 3:00pm

Domestic (Same Day): 12:00pm

GCC & INTL: 3:00pm

Regional Shipping: GCC & MENA

We currently ship across the GCC and select MENA countries.

Regional orders may be subject to local customs duties.

We offer easy returns both online and in-store for eligible items, subject to our return conditions.

No stress, we’ve got your back.

• Return window: Within 7 days of receiving your order

• Accepted items: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Refund method: Original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

• Ineligible returns: Fragrances, accessories, and discounted/final-sale items

• Store credit available as preference for refunds.
